The UniSA Yoga Society aims to provide free yoga classes to UniSA members throughout the year. Yoga classes are open to students of any age and of all levels or disciplines. The Yoga Society provides community classes which promote inclusivity, mindfulness and open-mindedness. The Yoga Society endeavours to provide UniSA students with techniques and practices that can be used to reduce stress and promote greater wellbeing. Members do not need to be experienced in meditation or yoga but should be open to learning and participating. Currently, the yoga session is mainly based on the City West and East campuses with hopes of providing classes at the Magill Campus in the near future.
